Baggho (collectively referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Baggho services — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual games, and all other sections.

Baggho reserves the right to decline any application. Approval to open an account does not guarantee access to betting — full services will be activated once identity verification is complete.

Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically processed within 3–5 business days of document submission. Providing false or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure.

Transactions on Baggho can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• The odds displayed in Baggho's system are final. Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the odds that were in effect at the time of placement.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Baggho reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded, unless the result has already been settled.
• In live betting, any bet placed after the relevant event has occurred will be considered void.
• If contradictory bets are placed on the same match, Baggho may cancel both bets.

Official results from the relevant sports governing body are used to settle betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute, Baggho's decision is final.

Baggho offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be used to cash out directly.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

Baggho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a member is suspected of abusing the bonus system, their bonus may be forfeited.

Baggho believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. To promote responsible gaming, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
• Cooldown Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baggho:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Bonus arbitrage or abuse of platform systems.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Baggho's systems.
• Betting on behalf of minors.
• Creating an account using false or incorrect information.

Baggho may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded at the time of closure, unless there is a reason to withhold it due to a bonus condition or ongoing investigation.

A maintenance fee may be charged monthly on inactive accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed automatically.

Baggho is not liable for the following:

• Bets not placed or missed due to internet connection issues.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party services (mobile banking, banks).
• Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from betting — betting is inherently risky.
• Temporary service disruptions due to technical issues.

Baggho always strives to provide reliable service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

Baggho reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided by email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
